METHODS OF PAYMENT The website has two different methods of payment. You may choose: a) PAY LATER, receive an invoice within five working days, and then you must pay the total amount at any local bank; or b) PAY NOW, enter your credit card details, and the total amount is deducted automatically from your bank account. The pro-forma invoice is the proof of your payment. REFUND POLICY Any request for refunds must be addressed directly to the Examinations Department, during the registration period or within one week after the closing date. CANCELLATION POLICY Any request for cancellation must be addressed directly to the Examinations Department, within 3 working days after the registration period. No cancellations are available online. DOUBLE APPLICATIONS If you have already submitted any application for the same examining board during the same registration period, do not re-submit any application online. Please contact the respective officers in charge of the various examining boards for further details.
